While Friday, February 6th is a day off for students… maybe consider helping out your favorite Medfield Teachers!
Teachers will be hosting Medfield’s 3rd Annual Digital Learning Day Conference.
It’s an entire day of over 60 workshops of teachers teaching other teachers about how to use technology in their classroom. Think: Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sites and iPad apps like Explain Everything and Notability, and much more.
You are the experts! And, We SO need your help to make our Digital Learning Day spectacular!
Here’s how! Sign up to be:
+ Session Supporter: You would be assigned to a classroom to help out the teacher presenters of each workshop session!
+ Social Media Specialist: Maybe you are pretty good with social media.. you would use a school account to either tweet about the day, run our Vine Booth or Photo Booth (with fun Props) or if you’re good with quick video editing and production — consider being on the DLD Video Production Crew. Example of last year’s MHS Tweeters: click here
+ DLD Clean Up Crew: At the end of the day, there will be equipments (laptops, apple tvs, etc.) that need to be powered off and returned to their original places. If you’re good with cleaning up and reorganizing a classroom, then sign up for the Clean Up Crew!
+Tech Recess Zone Support- One room is setup up for teachers to explore the apps and other technology that they learned. We would need students to help out in this room.
+ Navigators/Door Greeter: Greet teachers and special guests w/ a Medfield smile:) and point them in the right direction!
